The Way is Born in Brokenness

From being broken we have the opportunity to awaken. Our self must be broken so that we can see who we really are. We are not our egos, we are divinity itself, that is awake and alive in this very moment.

Contrary to our belief, the ego is impermanent, and has no eternal or real substance. Fulfillment does not come from fulfilling the desires of our ego, but from losing it in awakening. When one has recognized their essential nature as God-nature then they see this to be true.

By this rationale, no aspect of the ego is worth clinging to. Rather it makes sense to drop the ego entirely. This is achieved through penetrating insight rather than through self-denial.

Self-fulfillment in the greatest sense of the word occurs when one's individual identity is irreversibly broken and undone in the realization of their identity as Oneness. One becomes The One, and sees that they and everything in the Universe has always been God.

The funny thing is that life breaks us down as much as it builds us up, and it is only when we have become fully broken that we can see who we are really are, when we gain in the fullest our sense of self. We die to our selves in this brokenness and return to our original state of being, the everpresent I Amness that we have always been.

We turn away from being broken when being broken is what can save us from all of life's suffering. If in our weakness we recognize the fragility of our sense of self, we may awaken to our deeper state of being. If here, we have the courage to let go, instead of holding on tighter to what can never be saved, because it is not our true Self.

In our ignorance we systematically pursue an eventuality where our ego triumphs over the world. This is our dearest goal. Thus can never be attained because the ego is ultimately One with the world and the simple existence of the ego constitutes opposition and resistance to the world.

We seek to strengthen what can never be strong enough, to defend what can never be protected, to uphold what truly has little to no value. The greatest value of the ego is it's instrumentality in delivering God-consciousness through many incarnations of suffering and evolution.

When a soul is ready, it begins to see a way beyond desire. It begins to see a world beyond the mortal struggle for daily survival. It begins to be informed by these intuitions and defined by them. It cultivates an identity separate from worldly selfishness. It reaches for what is infinite. It reaches and reaches and reaches until it arrives at the source of it's own being: the fount of God from which pours cosmic life energy. Bathing in this cosmic energy, the soul recognizes both the same life energy as the fundamental essence of the Universe and in it's Oneness with this energy, it's Oneness with all of life, all the Universe.

As long as we return to the path of temptation, we will be brought to our knees. Only through recognition of a higher power and our ultimate Unity with it, may we find release from our imprisonment in mortal life. A release that is awakening while alive in our physical bodies to the infinite God within.

In what is perceived as failure, we may find rebirth. Within our weakness lies our greatest strength, our own life and being. It is not what we can gain, but what we already have that is this strength: coiled within us with infinite power and vitality, awaiting our conscious direction.

Our life and power are here in this moment. This moment is the coiled serpent of power and cosmic life energy. We always have infinite power and an infinite sense of self. We are the One. We are the way, the life, and the path. We are all that is. There is nothing but the resplendence of our own soul, that is the Lord God. Their is only His life and truth or Hers that we are One with. Everything we see is it. Everything we feel is it. We are it. Their is only God, His life, His feeling, and His way. Their is truly only One state of being, for all there is, is God.

In our brokenness we are reborn, we remember who we truly are, we see with our own eyes, the life of life, and the soul of souls. All we see is Him. All we know is Him. Naught but Him. Naught but Him. This is His life and His way. His feeling and His experience. Their is no separate self, only the infinite feeling and being of God. Thou art infinite, Thou art great. I am thine for all that I am Thou art. Thou art the Lord God. Lord, there is nothing else but Thee. Everything I see is Thee. Everything I feel is Thee. Heavenly Father, I and Thou are One. This is Thy Life. This is Thee. Thee sing thine own praises and feel Thine own feelings, know Thine own self. Thou are infinite and great. By this we know Thee for who Thou art, and what Thou art, and as Thou art, we are filled with infinite peace and blessedness, for as Thy children we are Thy very self and experience life in accordance with the fullness of Thy being. This is Thy Life Lord, and thou art the Lord God, so we may trust Thee and find the greatest peace in this trust and in our belief in who Thou art. Peace, Love and Everpresent Joy, Amen.
